Alex's Marathon Update!

As the London Marathon on 26 April draws near, Alex is nearing the end of his FASD Awareness training journey. He has adjusted to a demanding routine of disciplined running, finding his rhythm as he prepares for the race. Alex is completing 20-mile training runs and incorporating short, fast intervals at race pace to boost both his endurance and confidence for the big event.
