FASD Awareness Charity Golf Day 2024

We are delighted to announce our inaugural FASD Awareness Charity Golf Day
Friday 5th July 2024  |  Upchurch River Valley Golf Course, Upchurch, Sittingbourne, Kent.

This beautiful course is set out over 120 acres of undulating, well-drained parkland, with glorious views of the River Medway and Thames Estuary from its highest points.
It offers fabulous variety and enough surprises and challenges to guarantee an exciting round of golf for all players: from the long rolling 4th to the cleverly laid out 14th which finishes with a chip over the lake to reach the green. The 18th hole may be the last, but is by no means the least, and you won’t forget the approach back to the tricky final green in a hurry.

| Programme for the day
08:00 - Arrival, registration, full English breakfast, welcome and briefing
10:00 - Tee off with Shotgun Start (refreshment tent is provided on the course)
16:00 – Post-match drinks

In the last three years FASD Awareness have seen an unprecedented number of families and individuals reaching out for our services, and our priority is to always be there for the FASD community when they need us the most.
Requests for our 1-2-1 sessions with parents, carers and professionals has increased immensely as has the demand for our bespoke FASD Awareness Presentations and webinars.

It goes without saying that this increased demand for our services, and requires our charity to work even harder at fundraising, to generate regular income to ensure we can be there for everyone.

As a small non-government funded charity, we rely solely on the generosity of individuals, company sponsorship and corporate support, to ensure we can continue our #BeAware Campaign to raise awareness of FASD and support the FASD community.

Any support you can give, however large or small, will be gratefully received and will enable us to continue our mission to help, change lives, and work towards brighter futures.
