Tracy Allen 


Following a career in retail, Tracy decided to help children through fostering whilst bringing up her family and running a property development business.
Tracy's 14 years' experience in foster care and working as a  volunteer for the Charity Medway Mediation has given her the skills to work in mediation, anger management, FGC and advocacy. Having fostered children with FASD for over 13 years, Tracy’s strive for a greater understanding of the condition, the need to build a network of professionals with the necessary knowledge and her tenacity to help others living with FASD, she decided to co-found the Charity FASD Awareness in 2016.
In her rare spare time, she enjoys gardening, travelling and socialising with her ever expanding family and friends.
